Fight Muscle Fatigue

In order for one to fight the problems of muscle fatigue and prevent it from happening all together, you need to properly train your body to deliver energy faster. Your muscles get energy from your body in two different forms. Of course the first one is from oxygen, which makes an aerobic metabolism. The other form happens to be anaerobic metabolism, which is from the stored energy from the muscles themselves.

The biggest problem with muscle fatigue is that anaerobic metabolism does not store that much energy and your aerobic metabolism is to slow to get the energy to the muscles. A problem for many people and the end result is muscle fatigue. Many pro athletes and some personal trainers know how to the energy from the oxygen to their much needed muscles, which is known as your aerobic metabolism.

By training the body to deliver vast amounts of oxygen to the body it is very much possible to quickly raise the level of energy that is available for you muscle to use. Thus reducing the chance of you experiencing muscle fatigue and allows you to workout for extended periods of time. You should know that, it can take anywhere from several weeks to months to properly train the body to rapidly increase the flow of oxygen enough to keep up and prevent muscle fatigue.

pH Miracle Diet Basics

The pH Miracle Diet basically is based on the body has a pH that is a slight bit alkaline. Based on this theory is that since the our body runs at this pH, then our diet needs to be just about mostly alkaline foods. Our traditional diet has many foods that are acidic, mainly sugar, animal protein, fast food and caffeine. These foods throw off the pH balance and causes many problems. Researchers of the pH Miracle diet state that these foods rob the body`s use of alkaline minerals. These minerals are used to make people prone to many chronic diseases.

This is the bottom line of the pH diet. We all know that what we put into our body effects the overall health of the body. Although most diets consist of consuming fresh fruits, vegetables, the pH diet takes it one step beyond. A lot of the foods that we eat on a regular basis are big time no-nos on the pH miracle diet.A big shocker to most is the absence of wheat products. Even though the FDA recommends whole-wheat products to promote better health. But according the pH diet, grains like wheat, millet, and oats are harmful.

Also, all dairy and meats are eliminated on the pH Miracle diet. If you`re like me and need your protein then try some goat milk, this is lightly alkaline. You can also get protein from beans, and tofu. Pretty much all vegetables have alkaline, except for mushrooms. I'm sorry fruit lovers, you're limited to coconut, grapefruit, lemon and lime.

Many that are on the pH miracle diet say that they feel great and improve their health within the first couple weeks. We should all be lowering the intake of processed foods anyway and eating vegetables is good for your overall health, even if you aren't on this particular diet. Although some people will argue that if people are already drinking plenty of water and eating fresh foods , then the diet is a complete waste of time. So they completely ignore the balance theory.
